MassTransit serves as a “digital shipping and receiving department” that automates and manages the process of transferring graphics, multimedia, and other production files between print media suppliers and their customers. There will also be integrated security for Web-based file transfer workflows and more flexibility in designing file transfer system architectures through Mac OS X’s networking enhancements, Lewis said.
